Farmers’ Markets

"I would love for us to get to a point in the Virgin Islands where we go into our grocery stores and restaurants and most of the produce and meats are from local farms. In order to get there, we as consumers must patronize our local farms. It’s all about supply and demand. By eating local, we not only nourish our families, but it helps to stimulate the local economy."

~ Senator Judi Buckley, 30th Legislature of the US Virgin Islands
